Wayne Levings is the Global CEO of Kantar Retail, and has responsibility for all of Kantar Retail's businesses around the world. Wayne oversaw the formation of Kantar Retail, guiding the merger of the legacy organisations and bringing together the capabilities and assets of Cannondale, Glendinning, MVI and Retail Forward to create one of the world's leading retail insights & go-to-market consulting companies.
Before becoming the CEO of Kantar Retail, Wayne was the CEO of MVI for 3 years, based in Boston, MA. While there he helped build MVI into a leading global retail insight business, and drive the transformation of its online and digital offerings.
Prior to joining MVI, Wayne was the Group Strategy Director for Glendinning Management consultants. While there he oversaw the development of Glendinning's corporate strategy, offer and practice development. He also served as a member of Glendinning's main board, and led their relationship with a number of key clients, where he managed consulting engagements, helping clients develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
Wayne started his career at Procter & Gamble, working across a variety of sales and marketing roles in increasingly senior positions in South Africa and the UK.
Wayne studied Economics and Politics at the University of Cape Town, and followed that with a post-graduate degree in Business and Management.
He is married and lives in Surrey, and enjoys travelling and cooking.
