Bryan Roberts Retail Insights Director – Kantar Retail Bryan Roberts is Retail Insights Director for Kantar Retail EMEA, based in London. Prior to joining Kantar Retail, Bryan was the Global Research Director at an international retail intelligence provider. Bryan has around 15 years of experience in the retail research and insights industry and has specialised in themes such as private label strategy, store concept development, Walmart and discount retailing, working for clients including some of the world’s largest retailers and suppliers. Bryan is a frequent commentator on retail issues for the global media and a sought after speaker at trade events. |

Lisa Wiltshire Commercial & Operations Director, EMEA – Kantar Retail Lisa Wiltshire is Commercial & Operations Director for Kantar Retail EMEA. One of the founding members of the Insights business in Europe, Lisa is currently responsible for the commercial and product strategy of the business. Lisa also has expertise in the European discounter channel, specifically Aldi and Lidl. She is a presenter and trainer for Kantar Retail workshops and has worked on a number of international projects focusing on customer segmentation, channel and customer strategies, and go-to-market strategies. |

Steve Mader Retail Insights Director – Kantar Retail Steve Mader, Senior Analyst, leads Kantar Retail’s research on the global impact technology has on retail—from inside the store, to online, and everywhere in between. He also tracks Walmart International for KR and is responsible for research and insights on retailing in Canada as well as across Latin America. Steve is a trainer for KR’s syndicated events and webinars, and has given speeches to industry organizations on technology, digital path to purchase, and the store of the future. Steve joined Kantar Retail in July 2008, after completing his Masters of Business & Technology from the University of Waterloo. |

Ray Gaul Director of Research – Kantar Retail Ray Gaul, Director of Research is founding member of Kantar Retail’s global retail forecasting team, Ray is responsible for the direction of Kantar Retail’s global data that supports all of Kantar Retail’s products worldwide. His team produces continuous analysis of over one thousand retailers as well as original research for numerous client projects. Ray specializes in developing global markets reports. He works closely with Kantar Retail’s teams in emerging markets. |

Himanshu Pal Senior Analyst – Kantar Retail Himanshu Pal, Senior Analyst for Kantar Retail based in London, is responsible for providing subject matter expertise on leading European retailers including Carrefour, Tesco, and Ahold. Himanshu joined Kantar Retail in December 2009 as Global Data Manager and has around nine years of research and applied consulting experience in the industry. Himanshu holds a degree in Economics and Commerce, and has a master’s degree in both Business Administration and Financial Management. |
