2015 US Digital Power Study Executive Summary

In 2013, Kantar Retail set the standard for understanding the state of digital retailing with its inaugural Digital Power Study that established the competitive baseline for how eCommerce and multichannel retailers are viewed by their trading partners and the performance attributes of leading companies to strive for.

Yet today, we are still in the infancy of defining the future of retail enabled by digital tools and technologies. This year’s study focuses on the strides that leading companies have made in defining the standards of how to win in multichannel commerce, while keeping an eye toward the work ahead — building sustainable competitive advantage for years to come.
